Coin sorter performance!

Nethans design coin sorter machines to provide optimum throughput, with constant use. We believe in less haste, more speed. Our coin sorters provide fast, reliable and accurate coin processing to ensure minimum stoppages and little maintenance. This is our major selling point, and is the foundation of the success of our market leading coin sorter range.

Sorter Speed Vs Accuracy?

Nethans coin sorters process coins at a speed of 600 CPM (coins per minute). At this speed we give customer coin validation for accurate totals and accurate bag stops, maintaining our speed of 600 with our NON-STOP cash count, sort & batch feature.

There are centrifugal coin sorters available that run at much faster speeds, however, you lose your coin validation with foreign or dud coins going down any chute that will accept that diameter. At these high speeds, bag stops are overrun and additional processing time is lost removing the excess coins from the filled bag. Additionally, if a coin jams at these very high speeds, the machine can be seriously damaged!

Bespoke software.

We offer a bespoke software package for customers who wish to download their transaction totals to a cash management package on their PC. If required, we can offer an optional PC connection and interface to achieve this.

Printers and serial output connections are also available for the listing of all transaction and daily totals. Please contact us for further details on this

NEW FEATURE!

Suspend count mode!

In this mode, a full mix of coins can be counted directly into the REJECT coin drawer. Although still mixed, all coins have been counted, providing a Total and breakdown by denomination both on screen, or listed if an optional printer is attached. And, the count doesn’t affect the current totals of your coin batching application.

Now THAT’s versatility!
